  1. 有機合成: 研究發展碳-碳鍵、碳-氮鍵、及氮-氮鍵的建構反應,製備多樣性含氮有機化合物,並應用於生物分子、天然物、及其衍生物/類似物的合成。
  2. 生物有機及藥物化學: 利用設計合成的受質分子及其類似物研究生物巨分子與受質分子間的作用與反應,並對合成的有機分子進行生物活性評估。
